This was part of my final project at the University of Salford, analysing how the UK would have to adapt to Theresa May’s 2050 Zero-Carbon Plan. I travelled around the UK, from hydro-powered hotels in the Lake District, to the Extinction Rebellion-controlled streets of Manchester. In this package, I was in Hereford following the journey of cattle from pasture to plate, asking those in the cattle industry their thoughts on the then-Prime Minister’s 2050 carbon plan.
