During quarantine, Rapid Reel paired writers with actors to produce short video performances in one day. I was one of the first 20 Rapid Reel writers and wrote this three-minute monologue.

A play I wrote and directed as part of the University of Manchester’s Drama Society MIFTA season. I also designed a soundscape for the performance. A panel of external judges awarded the production Best Sound and Best Supporting Actor. It was nominated for Best Music.

Actor
Independent theatre production performing as narrator Charlie. Written and directed by Patrick Davenport. The production played for two nights in Manchester and three nights and a matinee in Berwick-upon-Tweed.

A play I wrote and produced for the University of Manchester’s Drama Society event Two Pairs of Shorts. Directed by Jess Wiehler.
Other Projects
Before university, I acted in numerous productions at school and at my local youth theatre.
I have been a stage manager in a reinterpretation of Lovesong (2017), the independent production Tis Not Hereafter (2016), and Pizza Delique (Fringe 2016).
At university, I joined the Pantomime Society, performing in three productions. I was also on the founding committee for UoM’s Shakespeare Society as Technical Secretary.
